I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and had a balcony, but the bathroom lacked doors. The service during the night shift was exceptional, and the staff were very helpful with housekeeping and tour assistance. The location was superb, close to restaurants and the local train station. The dining experience serving Asian street food was a delight. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located between the city center and the Atocha train station, close to restaurants and with easy access to the public transportation network. The rooms offer a unique layout with only a curtain separating the bathroom area, including a balcony available even on short notice. The service, especially during the night shift, was exceptional, providing assistance with housekeeping and tours. Although the dining options were limited to fresh croissants, the well-maintained facilities added value to the stay.
The hotel's location near the Atocha train station made it easy for us to get around. The rooms were kept immaculately clean, though only by a curtain, and the service, especially during the night shift, was excellent. The dining experience with home-baked Alentejo bread was a nice touch, and overall, it offered good value for money.
