i found the staff helpful with directions plus local recommendations. the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, this was available 24/7. my room included a double window, it overlooked calle atocha from the fifth floor.
the lift felt a bit slow, there seemed to be only one available

The hotel's location was very convenient. It was near the train station. i found the staff helpful and cute . free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch after traveling. the rooftop terrace provided excellent sunset views.
the pillows were too high and hard , made sleeping uncomfortable. i wish there were softer pillow options available .

i totally loved how close this place is to the atocha station it seriously made getting around so easy! my room had such a cool design and was super clean i even had a view of all the action on calle atocha. idis at the front desk was super friendly and gave me awesome tips for exploring the city he seriously.
the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking it was a little hard to get super comfy. i wish there had been some softer options available to make the sleep even better.

This hotel's location was convenient. It was a short walk to the train station and several public transport options. Many shops, restaurants and cafes were also within easy walking distance. The staff were very cute too. I appreciated the 24/7 coffee by the front desk. there was a fridge in my room. I got a useful map with highlighted points of interest and dining options.
The lift was slow. I sometimes waited a bit longer than expected.

I found the hotel to be quite conveniently located near the train station. The availability of free coffee in the lobby was very welcome after my travels. I appreciated the friendly staff and the overall cleanliness of the room. I also found a good coffee machine in the lobby.
The lift moved rather slowly. I sometimes opted for the stairs.
